How to Access Your Client Portal

Your UncleBTech client portal is your central hub for managing all your services, viewing invoices, and getting support. This guide will help you access and navigate your account dashboard effectively.

Portal Login Information

Portal URL

Your client portal is located at: https://my.uncleb.tech

Bookmark this URL for quick access to your account. You can also find the portal link in any email we send you.

Login Credentials

  • Username: The email address you used when signing up
  • Password: The password you created during registration (or the temporary one from your welcome email)

First-Time Login

If You Haven't Logged In Yet

  1. Visit https://my.uncleb.tech
  2. Click "First Time Login" or "Activate Account"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for an activation link
  5. Click the link and set your permanent password
  6. Log in with your new credentials

If You Have Your Welcome Email

  1. Open your welcome email from UncleBTech
  2. Look for the "Client Portal Access" section
  3. Click the direct login link provided
  4. Use the temporary credentials to log in
  5. You'll be prompted to change your password on first login

Resetting Your Password

If You've Forgotten Your Password

  1. Go to https://my.uncleb.tech
  2. Click "Forgot Password?" below the login form
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password
  6. Log in with your new password

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • Special characters recommended for security

Security Tip: Use a unique password for your hosting account and consider enabling two-factor authentication when available.

Navigating Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you'll see your main dashboard with several key sections:

  • Account Summary: Your current services and their status
  • Recent Activity: Latest invoices, support tickets, and service changes

  1. From the main dashboard, click "Services"
