How soon my server will be ready?
We aim to get in touch within the first 3 hours after sign-up but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to complete the setup.

Yes, you will get your very own VPS and only your website will be hosted on it.
Will there be other websites on the same server ?
No, there is only a single domain hosting on each server so that we can provide the best performance and security.
Can you help me with migration of my website?
Yes, we can provide free WordPress to WordPress miration. If you would like to discuss further then please get in touch with us.
Will my site be offline during migration and for how long?
Yes, we try our best to ensure there is minimum interruption in the service we offer but there are occasions when we have to take the site offline for maintenance and critical security updates. The length of time the website is offline can vary based on a number of factors, mainly the size of the website.
